Nothing.

I don't know if you use Standard Edition or Professional Edition.

--> If you use Professional Edition, simply use Options|Options, Edit
Tab, and make sure that checkbox "Type of document reference"|"Entity
when possible, XInclude otherwise" is checked.

--> If you use Standard Edition, there is nothing you can do. Standard
Edition V2.4 has been restricted in its use of XIncludes.

Fortunately, this restriction has been removed since V2.6. Therefore the
solution is simply to upgrade.

If you upgrade, please take the time to read "Tutorial: creating a
modular document" (http://www.xmlmind.com/xmleditor/tutorial.html#id.s2)
as *everything* related to modular documents has changed since V2.6.
