1. When I use entity declaration to include other files in a DocBook file, the resulting text is shown with a grey background. However, does anyone know how I can easily see the filename/path of the included doc?
2. I intend to use profiling (conditional text) a lot in DocBook. This usually consists of setting an attribute for a particular element (say, <para vendor="customer1">). Is it somehow possibly to show elements with a particular attribute in a different color? This would make it easy for a writer/editor to tell conditional text from normal text. Thanks, P.
