We are going to organize this in the next few weeks. The basic idea is the one you suggest: put localization packages on a Web site and allow any XXE user to *very easily* download and install such packages. We would like this ``plug-in manager'' to work for: * Localizations * Dictionaries * Format, FO processor, Image Toolkit, etc, plug-ins * Configurations (e.g. Bill Fenner's xml2rfc configuration -- http://rtg.ietf.org/~fenner/ietf/xml2rfc-xxe/) We would like this ``plug-in manager'' to be open, that is, to work for add-ons located on the XMLmind web site, but also for add-ons located on third-party web sites.
