Hello, I have made a custom configuration of XMLMind to use the DocBook 4.4 DTD, my own templates, and the standard XMLMind stylesheets.
I would like to know how to have my configuration include the toolbar buttons such as table, mediaobject, emphasis, and plain text which are present in the standard configuration.
