[XXE] Windows display problem

I just downloaded XMLmind XML Editor Standard Edition V2.10.  When I run it on 
my Windows XP system, I find that right-clicking on something throws up the 
pop-up window on the left edge of the right-hand monitor, nowhere near where 
the cursor was (in a different monitor).  This sounds like a mistake in range 
checking that is supposed to prevent a popup from being partly off screen.
