Problem: When entering German umlauts or ? by keyboard they are shown as empty rectangles only. In saved files they are encoded as: � Copying the characters from clipboard works. Pritority: high (entering German content ist nearly impossible) Steps to reproduce: - switch to German keyboard layout - enter type one of the following characters: ???????$ postions: right of L (?); right of ? (?); right of P (?) shift + 3 (?); left of 0 (?) Comments: The bug doen not depend on encoding or font setting in "Options" dialog.
