We cannot answer this kind of questions in this mailing list, please use xfc-support AT xmlmind DOT com. XMLmind FO Converter supports XSL-FO property "keep-together" to a certain extent. See http://www.xmlmind.com/foconverter/conformance.html I'll suggest to first generate an XSL-FO file and then, to check the presence of proper "keep-together" properties in this file. If the XSL-FO looks good, do not hesitate to send this file the "xfc-support AT xmlmind DOT com" mailing list.
