According to your XML catalog resolution list[0], XML catalogs are not
used to resolve the URIs found in the xml-stylesheet processing
instruction (which XXE supports). My testing indicates that this is
correct. If this is, in fact, the case, I would like to request this as
yet another place where XML catalogs could be used.
