Yes, that makes sense: the notion of "border:hidden" depends on the
collapsed border model.

I have changed my stylesheet to improve the display when using colspan
and/or rowspan. That's not perfect but I think that it's usable if you
accept the idea, like you suggested, that XXE isn't 100% wysiwyg in that
specific context.
