[XXE] NoClassDefFoundError: java/net/URISyntaxException

Hello, 

When I launch the XML Mind XML Editor after installing it, it give me that
error :

"This application has unexpected Quit
Invocation of this Java Application caused an Invocation TargetException.
This Application will now exit (LAX)"
Details :

java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: java/net/URISyntaxException

        at com.xmlmind.xmleditapp.app.Start.start(Start.java:85)

        at com.xmlmind.xmleditapp.app.Start.main(Start.java:66)

        at java.lang.reflect.Method.invoke(Native Method)

        at com.zerog.lax.LAX.launch(DashoA8113)

        at com.zerog.lax.LAX.main(DashoA8113)

Should I install a library, or another element required ??
