[XXE] Cursor position not placed correctly

Hi,

when I have section title (or sect1 etc) at the very bottom of the window
and I press Enter, XXE will create new para for me, but the caret is not
placed in the para, it stays in title (and the window is not scrolled, so
the new para is not visible). Is this problem of DocBook css or problem of
XXE editor?
