[XXE] Location of user specific configuration on Windows

Hi,

It's nice that XXE puts the user specific configuration data in \Documents
and Settings\<user>\xxe2. But the correct place (accroding to MS guidelines)
should be:
\Documents and Settings\<user>\Application Data\<company name>\<product
name>
