I use the putAttribute dialog in some macros to insert mandatory attributes of type IDREF into newly-created elements. The text entry field in the dialog is pre-filled with the default string "???". This means that I need to press the Delete key three times before I can start typing the attribute value I want to enter. Is it possible either to:
