Greetings! I have a question that I'm have trouble answering through google and research alone.
I would like to create links within an XML document. For example, I would like to have the phrase "repeat the steps outlined in Section A" link to an earlier section titled "Section A" in the document. I had thought that I could accomplish this by creating a link tag around the hot text, for example: <link linkend="SectionA">repeat the steps outlined in Section A</link> And add the following to the "id" attribute for the heading Section A: id="SectionA" While the linkend is being converted correctly, I am noticing that the id portion is not. Am I missing a step? Or doing something incorrect? Many thanks for the assistance! Dave Shevitz
