You will notice, in the docb.toPS command definition, that these
elements are not, in fact, commands, but are children of the XXE process
element, which are basically more generic components from which you can
build commands. As such, they are not documented in the command section
of the Power User's Guide, but in the process section (4.2.2).
May your XXE configuration road be smooth and end in increased
productivity.
