Auto completion does not work like in Windows. It works like this: [1] Type Ctrl-T (say you want to use command Convert). [2] The focus is now in the element name field. Type first letter of the element name of interest. [3] *Press the space bar*. This will complement the element name when possible. [4] If you are done, press Enter otherwise type more letters, space bar, more letters, space bar, etc. This essential productivity tip and many more other tips are detailed in http://www.xmlmind.com/xmleditor/tutorial.html#id.s2
