Sorry for being so late to answer: I was in vacations for the last 2 weeks.

This is explained in the online help. See

However, We'll made this much clearer in the tutorial too.

OK, we'll make the entity name more meaningful. We already found support 
of modular documents very complicated and we really do not want to 
bother users with entity names.
