Unfortunately, this is not simple to implement. (More precisely, we have 
not yet found a way to implement it.)

This feature is planned for next release but only for DocBook sect1, 
sect2, sect3, sect4, sect5 and section. That is, this feature will not 
be a generic.

XXE is not officially supported on Win98. I'm sorry I cannot help you 
(we don't have a machine running Win98 in our office).
