Yes, but not with XXE itself, with a command line tool called dtdtoxsd
found in the XXE directory (i.e. C:\Program Files\XMLmind_XML_Editor\).

But you don't need to have XXE to use it, this tool, part of the
xsdvalid distribution, can also be downloaded separately from
http://www.xmlmind.com/xsdvalid.html
