Thanks for the response.

May I suggest that the notes on your Web Site are not going to be read in 
every case. When such an important and potentially devistating action is 
going to be taken by an application, it may serve you and your customers to 
prompt with a warning. If then they don't read, it can be understood.

For the application to just decide on your behalf, is just bad practice and 
lack of usability testing. I realize the app is at a young stage, but try to 
put usability into the program concept. If the program is going to deviate 
from standards or from known programming practice, MAKE IT LOUD AND CLEAR.
