[XXE] Styled view of olinks in DocBook stylesheet

Hello Hussein,

thanks very much for the extensive explanation. I am aware of how I can 
customize the stylesheets, I was really proposing that something like

olink:after {
      content: " <" icon(right-link) attr(targetdoc) ":" attr(targetptr) 
"> ";
      vertical-align: text-top;
      color: navy;
}

should be added to the default stylesheets in XXE because it makes the 
handling of olinks much better in styled view.

Sorry if I was being a bit unclear.
