[XXE] can'tGetStarted

it's called xxe-std-21-setup-nojvm, and is allready been run. I got j2sdk1.4.1, 
that I have renamed in my directory to jdk1.4, so jakarta-ant was able to find 
it. It contain jre, jvm, javac.exe, java.exe, javaw.exe and alott more. that's 
it.
