I mean the name parameter in the original CSS counter (and counters ) 
mechanism (which hopefully may be adopted soon from XXE).
The counter in the CSS2 specification are more expressive than the 
proprietary solution in XXE.
For instance I need a combination of upper-letter for the highest level 
number and decimal numbers for all subordinate level numbers.
