[XXE] Proposed addition to docbook css stylesheet

Hi there,

I would like to request that the following is added to the docbook css 
stylesheets:

   glosssee:before {
     content: "See ";
     color: olive;
   }

   glossseealso:before {
     content: "See also ";
     color: olive;
   }

This makes it easier to distinguish between the different content of 
glossentries and is more consistent with the docbook xsl stylesheets.
