XXE V2.x never had a Czech dictionary. A long time ago, XXE protype M1.x had one based on a word list extracted from a GPL-ed ispell dictionary. But the author of the German ispell dictionary sent us an email signaling the fact that XXE M1 not being GPL-ed cannot use a dictionary based on a GPL-ed word list. Therefore for XXE V2.x we have created our own English, French, German and Spanish dictionaries. This was a very complex and a very time consuming task and currently we do not intend to add more dictionaries. The good news is that you can create your own dictionaries for XXE V2.x.
