Have you downloaded and installed the FOP plug-in? If not, please do so from http://www.xmlmind.com/xmleditor/plugins.shtml After doing that, if you are using XXE Professional Edition, you should be able to convert documents to PostScript and PDF (well, if FOP -- which, in our opinion, is alpha level software -- does not bail out or loop forever). If you are using XXE Standard Edition, you'll have a different error message saying that Standard Edition does not support FO processor plug-ins and that Professional Edition is required for that.
