Inserting the environment variables I've found the problem: On PC ORACLE is also installed. And ORACLE is shipped with it's own Java environment. Now I've renamed the directory of ORACLE and I'm able to start XXE. Sorry for any inconvenience !! (May be you add this problem to your FAQ.)
