I found the problem: I had used "xml:stylesheet" instead of "xml-stylesheet". I have no idea where that confusion of mine comes from, the standard has clearly "xml-stylesheet". As do the examples. I must have been quite tired when writing my template. Sorry for the incovenience and trouble.
