* No there was no problem with this specific message. The mailing list works fine. The problem is that we receive so many spam that the mailing list moderator sometimes discards an actual message by error.
* About the problem with internal references: this bug/inconsistency/annoyance has been fixed. XXE v4.3, which should be released at the beginning of next month, now works as expected.
