* Edit|Reference|Edit Referenced Document (Ctrl+Shift-E) no longer
works for external entities.
* As configured by default now, XMLmind XML Editor will not open an
external entity after automatically adding it the proper <!DOCTYPE>.
* Templates such as "Chapter entity (no <!DOCTYPE>)" are no longer
available.

If you want to upgrade to XXE v4+, you need to convert your references
to external entities to XIncludes as explained here: "Porting to
XInclude" http://www.xmlmind.com/xmleditor/changes.html#porting_to_xinclude
