So mayby there is possibility to assigne specified width to each element?
Lets say that elements cannnot have more then 21 cm width. It would be
helpful becouse of formating the tables. The editor sometimes have to
assign the fixed width of particular cells and doing this can couse a
problem in formating pdf for example the table is to width and doesn't
suite in printout page size.
And how it looks like withprogramming XMLmind in Java. Does it have any
documentation how can change it?

I'm sorry but there is no way to do this without creating a slightly
customized XMLmind XML Editor by programming in Java[tm].
Moreover doing this would work fine for the gray margins, but I don't
see a simple way of constraining the document view to have a fixed size.
