We've decided to base our documentation on the DocBook standard. XMLmind looks like a good tool for us to use for managing our technical documentation (from R&D specs to End-user manuals), but we are missing one critical feature: since the authoring/reviewing is done by multiple people, we need an easy way for all stakeholders to be able to see which changes were made (MUST-HAVE), and by whom/when (NICE-TO-HAVE).
