[XXE] docbook to html

Hi,
I have been trying to use the docbook to html filter, but without much success.

All my ids - which I have used to have internal links - are not
transformed into anchors.

e.g., this code:

 <title id="Array_Literals">Array Literals</title>

Becomes:

<h3 class="title"><a name="d0e355"></a>4.1.&nbsp;Array Literals</h3>

which basically makes me loose all my internal links to the section.

Any suggestion?
