This happens only on Windows (randomly) and this almost certainly caused
by Windows itself or by your anti-virus software or by your file
indexing software (AKA Desktop Search Software). We currently don't see
how to reproduce this problem and how to fix it.
I would recommend to delete all the contents of your "C:\Program
Files\XMLmind_XML_Editor\addon\" (but not the "addon" directory itself
and then to reinstall the add-ons manually (that is, using
Options|Preferences, Install Add-ons). Make sure to turn your anti-virus
software and your file indexing software before doing this.
