Greetings, When I attach a footnote to a listitem in an itemized list, the PDF output shows the footnote marker in the itemized list but does not place the footnote at the bottom of the page, in fact, it is not placed anywhere - the text is lost.
Footnotes are correctly displayed in html output and in PDF text when it is attached to an element that is not in a list. I'm running XMLmind XML Editor Professional Edition 3.71. Bill Bormann Purdue University
