It is next to English.lproj, Czech.lproj, language pack folder, when present OSX will treat the application as one having translation for Polish, therefore all system windows like file chooser or "apple" menu will be translated into Polish when using Polish locale. Obviously all .lproj folders are empty for XXE, as XXE's interface is having own translation method using addons. Normally .lproj contains translation for native Mac application.
