I'm sorry but this is a permanent regression in XXE v4. Rationale:
rarely needed; adds a lot of complexity to XXE.

The behavior of menu item File|Save As is different, simpler, than
before. Previously, this command allowed you to save a copy of the
document along with all its resources (inclusions, graphics files). Now
it merely preserves the links to referenced resources.
