I have a sect3 inside a sect2 inside a sect1 inside a chapter inside a part inside a book. When I promote the sect3, it becomes a sect1(!) inside the previously mentioned sect1, but it should be a sect2 of course. So I end up with a sect1 inside another sect1. (Then I can convert it to sect2 as a workaround.)
