Thank you for reporting this bug. We'll fix it in next release (well, may be before that). Meanwhile, the workaround is to also install the plug-in called "Apache FOP 1.x XSL-FO processor plug-in", even if you do not intend to use it (this plug-in contains the right version of commons-io.jar).
