You need to uninstall the corresponding add-ons using Options|Install Add-ons, Uninstall tab. Doing so will also cleanly delete the obsolete jars. Note that, normally, all this automatic. Add-ons which are specific to an XXE version are by default installed in XXE_install_dir/addon/ (and *not* in XXE_user_preferences_dir/addon/). Therefore, when you uninstall v3.6.1 before upgrading to v3.6.2, the add-ons found in XXE_install_dir/addon/ are automatically uninstalled too. > I then have to install the new versions by hand?
