So you can work with the document in a different way -- it's an easy way
to copy up to a certain level of detail and fits the UI naturally.

You are copying the view of the data which XXE is presenting. Otherwise
you'd get all the tags which XXE hides, in addition to the text.

Only if you have to expand everything manually. I use VimOutliner for
outlining, and there just "zR" opens all folds. "\2" folds to 2 levels
of nesting.
