What's worse, each of those 50 users probably has a different emphasis
they want you to put on bug fixes and other support issues.  For me, it's
issues with Unicode display, as per my previous thread on Bengali
characters.  One of our next languages is Urdu, for which I expect the
display issues to rise up and bite us again, although next time I'll be
better prepared with bug repellent.
