OK, so the problem is not specific to your document. I've converted userguide.xml to multi-page HTML with XXE v3.6, on Windows XP using Java 1.5.0_11 (that is, a environment identical to yours) with any problem. The logs you sent me are truncated and therefore are not usable. Please, try to convert userguide.xml one more time and this time, please: [1] Make sure to copy everything printed in the "Command Execution" log. [2] Please send me what is displayed in the About dialog box (click inside the pane, Ctrl-A then Ctrl-C). [3] Please open a ``command prompt'' window and type "set" then press ENTER and send me everything printed in the ``command prompt'' window. I'm sorry to ask you so much but in order to fix a problem, I really need to be able to reproduce it.
