Thanks for the idea! We probably won't use this now, but there's a good
chance that we'll need something similar in the future.

Actually, we're using the WindowsXP built-in keyboard for most of our
Bengali key-in, which is similar to the idea above. We still have to
use the XMLmind methods for certain characters, notably IPA.
