For now, the answer is clearly yes. This will change in the near future because, as of v3.6 (should be released in the next few weeks), Personal Edition will replace Standard Edition. We'll make an announcement about this in the next few hours. In practice, this means that you'd better tell your users to download XMLmind XML Editor Standard Edition v3.5.2 because this should be the last release of Standard Edition.
