[XXE] xinclude processing in docbook+xinclude addon

Hi,

Working on a big document with a lot of xincludes, I had to switch to
the DB5+Xinclude addon so that transcluded files are not shown in editor.

However that deactivates the preprocessing of xincludes by XXE when
using the transformation commands (XXE 3.6.0).

Is it possible to tell XXE to preprocess those xincludes in this addon?
