As I should have done earlier, I've now taken the time to work through
the tutorial; good stuff, and leaves me with increased respect for the
power of XML Edit. I noted three questions, and was properly put in my
place by finding two of the answers on the quickref card ... so just one
question left.

By careful selection, I ended up with three words set to "button"; the
first was already "em", the last two "strong".
<button><em>emphasis</em><strong>and strong</strong></button>

How do I remove "button" without also removing "em" and "strong"?
