No, this is not the problem. I just wanted to stress the fact that using XXE to create XIncludes (Ctrl-Shift-C, then Ctrl-W, Ctrl-U or Ctrl-V) is quicker and safer than using a text editor. This being said, about the real problem: if you want me to help you more, please send me (hussein at xmlmind.com) a zip archive containing all the files that cause this problem.
