Currently, the XXE.new command can specify a "save as" name for the new
file and save it automatically, but there's no way to instead prompt the
user to provide the filename. Would it be possible to support '- -' as
the "save as" parameter, in which case the Save dialog would be shown?
Perhaps we'd also need a "default save as" parameter to instruct XXE
what to do if the user Cancels the dialog?

I realize that I could do a selectFile before running XXE.new and get
the new filename that way, but it will appear to the users that they're
being prompted to save their current file, rather than providing a name
for a file that has yet to be created.
