Unlike XXE v3.5, XXE v3.5.1 has no "Convert Document" submenu. addon/custom_docbook_config/mydocbook.xxe contains a configuration element which attempts to extend the "Convert Document" submenu by adding it a "Convert to HTMLHelp" item. Therefore the error message is correct. The workaround is to edit mydocbook.xxe using a text editor and remove all the configuration elements that you don't really need. Alternatively, you can remove the whole "A customized configuration for the DocBook DTD" add-on.
